Dr. Hon received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and his Doctor of Medicine SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed his residency in general surgery at Northwell/Hofstra in Manhasset, New York, and his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, in Dallas, Texas.
